Authorization in the system is carried out using Google (screenshot 1)
Please note: You can log in to the booking system only through corporate mail!
In order to log in and start using the system to book rooms, you need to select your company account (screenshot 2).
After you have selected your account, the system will redirect you to your account for booking rooms.
In case you receive an authorization error, try changing your account to another one by going to the home page and try again.
If this does not solve your problem and you see the page with the message “You are not allowed to access!” (screenshot 3)
Send us an email by clicking the appropriate button on the error page.
After authorization on the booking service, you will be redirected to the main page where you can see the location. To select a location, you need to click on the name where the image is, or click the “Book a Room” button in your profile (screenshot 1)
After that, you will be directed to the page where you will need to select your office.
Next, you will see a list of rooms available for booking, select the one that suits you by clicking on it. (screenshot 2)
Then you will be redirected to the page of the room you have chosen, where you can make a room reservation, view photos, information about the amenities and the booking calendar (availability)
To book a room, you need to select the date and time for which you want to book this room, and you must also select the number of people who will be present in the room for your reservation.
Be sure to check the room availability calendar at the bottom of the page before booking (there is also a “Check availability” button)

The availability calendar will highlight today, and you can scroll through days and weeks.
Booked days and hours will be highlighted in green!
Method #1
After logging in to the system, you will be automatically redirected to your personal profile, where you will see a button in the left menu called “My bookings”.
Clicking it will redirect you to the page with information about your bookings.
Method #2
On any page of the site, you can find a quick access menu to your account (screenshot 1)
There you will find the “Bookings” button.
After clicking it, you will be redirected to the page with information about your bookings (screenshot 2).
On your bookings page, you can see the following information (screenshot 3):
1. Your booking history.
2. Room names and reservation number.
3. Date and time of your reservation.
4. Booking status (Green – Reserved / Red – Error (busy date or time)
Attention!
If you do not need a meeting room, please do not forget to cancel your reservation so that your colleague can book a meeting room.
To cancel your reservation, you need to go to the page of your reservations (how to do this is described in the previous answer “List of my reservations”)
Once you go to your bookings page, you will see all your bookings and a cancel button.
By clicking it, you will be asked to confirm your cancellation of the reservation for this cabin, after which the reservation will be canceled.
Attention!
Only reservations that are about to take place can be canceled.
Reservations that are in the past tense (already made) cannot be canceled.
If you have a favorite room where you often hold meetings and don’t want to search for it every time, you can add it to your “Favorites”
You can add a room to your favorites in the list of available rooms for booking by clicking on the heart (screenshot 1).
Or you can go to the room booking page and add it to your favorites there. (screenshot 2)
After that, the previously added rooms will be displayed on the “Favorites” page in your profile (screenshot 3)
If you don’t like a room, you can easily remove it from your favorites list using the button on the room page or in the corresponding tab.
Each meeting room page has a special calendar that shows the availability of free and reserved seats in the room.
The photo below shows an example of an availability calendar and describes its main functions.
- The hour string.
- A line with a window of 30 minutes.
- Day of the week and date.
- Switch the calendar page to today.
- Arrows to switch between weeks forward and backward.
- Booking hours (start and end)
- The highlighted line indicates the current day.
